hello this week Tiger Woods returns to the scene of his most dominant victory at the US Open here at Pebble Beach from 2000 I'm here with Simon Dyson to reflect on that 15 shot win and look ahead to how he'll do this week's I'm Hill his chances I mean that one back in 2000 strategically was just exceptional it was perfect everything he did off the tee into the greens is putting and he'll be drawing some memories from that I'm sure of course he won the Masters then he went to the PGA without any prep really and disappointed miss a cut but he's played at the Memorial a top ten a couple of weeks ago so he's rounding into form again yeah he is because I think he's getting a bit of game time you know he was very rusty again going into the PGA having won the Masters but he's played a few more tournaments out of top ten you know his preparation for pebble I think he's been seeing quite a lot leading up to it so I think you fully expect him to do pretty decent this week okay if he's in contention over the weekend what we should be looking for for Tiger Woods what should he be doing really well to win course management for me with Tiger he wore overpower the golf course you know he done it as far as he used to but between the years I mean you know tactically he's as good as there is so yeah avoiding all the dangers then ab7 reach and there are a few of them and if he is in contention I guess you'd have to fence him wouldn't you if you would there's no reason why why you shouldn't I mean it's not like he's fallen away in previous majors you know he's been he's been well up there and he's contended in them all and then he finally got the win at the Masters yeah and he's trying to win here at Pebble Beach in the US Open once again what a story that would be Simon thinks he's got a big chance
