    Why only one month? I think 3 Month are at least necessary…the Video would be more interesting and the money worth it. But yeah, gymnastics are super fun!!

    Hey on your back tucks make sure you set your hands, it will make them higher and you will land them more easily. Take this from a competitive gymnastics coach

    i’m sorry but it makes me mad if you named the title ‘i trained like a gymnast’ and not even do actual gymnastics you could of gone to a gymnasium at least and try every apparatus, and not just try do parkour cause that’s what you technically did. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Thanks. It was so amazing to hear someone say they have respect for gymnasts, because I’ve done gymnastics for 13 years. Whenever I say gymnastics is the hardest sport people disagree and say that football is. I really wish more people tried gymnastics and even did a competition, then they’d really see how much strength and perseverance it provides.

    I’m 14 and I go to gymnastics in the morning before school at 5 then I leave school at 1:30 and go back to gymnastics until 8:30 or 9. 4 times a week
